We've been super proud to provide autocue services for the previous two OneWeb satellite rocket launches from the Vostochny Cosmodrome in Siberia, hosted from Anna Valley's London studio.
With our Micro & Mediaprompt systems rigged on camera track & jib, this has enabled real flexibility for the presenters and added to the overall impactfulness of the launches so far.
Launch #5 involved an 'over-nighter' going live at 02:47 GMT - it was really exciting to prompt the host's script which involved live, real time commentary of the whole process. On this occasion, 36 satellites were released into Low Earth Orbit which will contribute to providing high-speed, low latency connectivity to the 4 billion people who are still 'unconnected' on this planet.
We've had great feedback from the client and are looking forward to further launches in the next few months - "standby for action, Thunderbirds are go!"
