Static Poles

Our twin-screen 'presidential' lectern system is the preferred set-up for formal live events such as corporate and political conferences, award ceremonies & keynote addresses and adds a certain gravitas to the proceedings!  It is ideal for reading a script or notes within an allocated time frame, ensuring that the text and graphic or video content match in split-second timing.

The standard rig comprises twin poles, 2 x 15" LCD monitors (plus spare), black metal bases, reflective mirrors, black matt hides, power & signal cabling - all positioned in front of either one or two lecterns.

We offer a choice of 2 'presidential' systems.  Our Static Pole rig shown here to the right has the following features:-

• telescopic & manually adjustable poles
• pre-set height and angle 
• lightweight yet robust
• compact for ease of transportation

PRESIDENTIAL

Motorised Poles

These are designed to be used for events with presenters of vastly differing heights.

Both the height and angle of each pole can be programmed and then moved remotely by the technician, making for a seamless transition from presenter to presenter, ensuring that each one is comfortable with their own reading position. 

During live performances, the poles can also be lowered simultaneously for safety if required, and with shows containing heavy video content or live stage action, they can also be lowered out of audience sight lines and restored to the presenter's height at the touch of a button. 

This rig also includes 2 x 15" LCD monitors (plus spare), reflective mirrors, black matt hides, power and signal cabling - all positioned in front of either one or two lecterns.

The Motorised Poles are housed in their own flight case, including spare glass and hand-control, and have the following features:- 

• height & angle digitally programmed to each presenter
• remotely controlled by the technician to move between different pre-sets
• multiple height settings & multiple pole operation
• fully retractable to 0.5m when not required
• 2 speeds

the choice is yours, allowing ultimate flexibility of movement around the presentation area.

This system enables speakers to engage and interact with their audience, unencumbered by cue cards, a clipboard, or handheld device.

It can also be used in conjunction with our 'Presidential' and camera teleprompt rigs, where the script is fed to monitors located alongside the camera. 

We supply our 'base-station' comprising twin prompt laptops, preview monitor, mini printer and switchers/splitters with various outputs and this system has the following benefits:-

• a choice of screen locations & sizes
• script can be scrolled and/or content including bullet points and speaker notes cued by the technician or the presenter via a clicker
• programmable clock showing time of day or coundown 
• switchable sources; autocue/graphics/video
